Most were issued to German armed forces & saw heavy service throughout war leaving most with worn surfaces or damaged & changed parts. PROVENANCE: Doug Smith Collection. CONDITION: Very fine to extremely fine, all matching including grips & magazine. Overall retains about 95% orig blue & about 60% orig straw colors. Grips are very fine with a few minor chipped diamonds & retain beautiful wood grain with light to moderate wear. Magazine is extremely fine. Mechanics are fine, bore is bright & sharp with a minor spot or two of light frosting. A rare pistol in wonderful condition. 4-36133 JR184 & BS (10,000-12,500)"
